My favorite dentist I’ve ever been to!
I've never liked a dentist practice enough to say much about it before. That was until I started coming to Mint Dental. I really can't express how great they are. The staff is awesome, the place is clean and nice and did I mention they have vibrating chairs and warm neck pillows? They make going to the dentist not so bad. I highly recommend! I wanted to tell you about my experience with Mint Dental. Setting up my appointment was very easy, and I liked the many reminders I received before my visit. The whole staff was skilled and gave me great service, which made me feel at ease while I was there. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could even purchase an electric toothbrush during my last appointment. I have been going to Mint for years now and have nothing but great things to say! I never feel like I am being taken advantage of (a problem that was recurring in my dental past), everything is thoroughly explained, and everyone is very patient. Hilde and Scarlett are just the best, always kind, fun to joke around with, and very aware that being at the dentist is not a favorite place for most people. Dr. McMillan is also great and I always feel like he is doing the best for me, not the best for his wallet. Prices are very reasonable and even if something seems like it's a little extra, I don't mind paying that at all for the care I receive. I can't recommend Mint enough! If you're afraid of the dentist or just plain don't like going – go to Mint. They are all so friendly, professional, helpful, and go out of their way to be of service to you. From massage chairs to neck pillows to being able to watch your favorite show on Netflix while getting a cavity filled – they provide it all. Thanks, Mint, for ending my ten year long fear of dentists and making my teeth look and feel better than they ever have. Going to the dentist has never been so enjoyable. It feels so good to leave the dentist with clean teeth. Also, they have nice gear (computerized x-ray cameras are great), hygienists seem experienced, and are generally skilled, fast, gentle, and focused. My daughter (age 6) actually gets excited when she has an appointment coming up – I don't know if it's the TV, the sweet attention she gets from the staff, or the trinkets they let her pick out at the end. Who am I kidding, it's probably all of the above. The team is really friendly, and they seem to have a solid, effective workflow going. I generally leave Mint feeling like I got really focused attention. The doctors seem really experienced, and genuinely happy to help. I'm happy to learn they are onboarding a woman dentist now, too.
