Mint Dental Works offers the flexibility of a variety of payment options for our patients.
Dental care is an excellent investment in your well being. Mint Dental Works offers reasonable fees and strives to make sure that financial considerations are not an obstacle to obtaining the care that you need.
Dental Insurance
Have dental insurance? We work with most major PPO dental insurance plans and can submit claims directly to your insurance company on your behalf. We are in-network with Delta Dental Premier and United Concordia Elite. For other PPO plans, we can work with your insurance as an out-of-network provider, provided your plan includes out-of-network benefits. Many of our patients are able to use their benefits at our office even if we are not in-network with their specific plan.
We encourage you to check with your insurance company to learn about your specific benefits and confirm that your plan includes out-of-network coverage. If it does, we are happy to work with your insurance and help you understand how your benefits may apply to your treatment based on the information provided to us by your insurance company.
We gladly submit dental claims and supporting documentation to your insurance company on your behalf. Insurance estimates are not guarantees of payment, as your insurance company ultimately determines eligibility, coverage, and payment.

Financing – Cherry
Cherry offers flexible, patient-friendly payment plans ideal for treatment not covered by insurance. Most applicants are approved in under a minute with a soft credit check that won’t affect your credit score. Qualified applicants can choose interest-free payments spread over shorter terms, or extended plans up to 60 months for larger treatment plans. Unlike traditional financing, Cherry has no deferred interest, so there are no surprise charges if a payment is late. Financing – CareCredit
Care Credit, specifically designed for healthcare expenses, is another option for treatment not covered by insurance. For qualified applicants, interest-free payments can be spread over a 3 – 6 – or 12 – month period, or for larger treatment plans and finance needs they offer financing for 12, 48, and 36 months. Finance company approval must be obtained prior to starting your treatment. No Insurance?
For patients without insurance, we offer a 5% courtesy discount for cash payments made in full at the start of treatment.
