Our Office

Nearly everyone who visits our space is surprised that it does not look or smell like a medical facility, and that was our goal! It’s fun to share the colorful stories of the materials and salvaged items that give our office its character.  Ask about our 13 vintage fir doors we stripped and refinished ourselves. Check out the rustic slate chalk board in our reception area which came from Jimmy Hendrick’s high school in Seattle (we think that’s pretty cool). Special materials are everywhere from the vintage light fixtures reworked for LED bulbs to a consultation room table fashioned from a former industrial sewing machine base and a slab of salvaged bowling alley flooring. Perhaps our favorite use of salvage is the multitude of antique rosettes that tile the wall of our beverage center. Enjoy the weathered objects that found a new life in our space!

A Little Dental Trivia

Did you know that during the Middle Ages and throughout the 19th century, dentistry was not a stand alone profession? Most dental procedures were performed by barbers! If ever you wish to honor these early dental pioneers, take a seat in the restored vintage barber chair in our reception area and breath a deep sigh of relief for how much dentistry has evolved.
