I have had some negative experiences at past dental offices. I was impressed with their friendly staff; clean, modern building, and efforts to understand my past dental experiences and discussion around ways to improve my experience at their office. Dr McMillan and the staff at Mint is simply the best, and I'm picky! I consistently receive expert dental care from routine cleanings to more complex treatments like Invisalign. Dr McMillan expertly fixed my crowded teeth with Invisalign and I am so happy to see I have my smile back after so many years. He was attentive and understanding when I had concerns and I always felt heard throughout the process. I cannot recommend Mint Dental enough. Shout out to all the staff, particularly Dental Assistant Nicole, who was amazing throughout my Invisalign process, and Patient Coordinator Greyson who is always professional and great at follow-up/ timely communication. It feels so good to leave the dentist with clean teeth. Also, they have nice gear (computerized x-ray cameras are great), hygienists seem experienced, and are generally skilled, fast, gentle, and focused. My daughter (age 6) actually gets excited when she has an appointment coming up – I don't know if it's the TV, the sweet attention she gets from the staff, or the trinkets they let her pick out at the end. Who am I kidding, it's probably all of the above. The team is really friendly, and they seem to have a solid, effective workflow going. I generally leave Mint feeling like I got really focused attention. The doctors seem really experienced, and genuinely happy to help. I'm happy to learn they are onboarding a woman dentist now, too. I've never liked a dentist practice enough to say much about it before. That was until I started coming to Mint Dental. I really can't express how great they are. The staff is awesome, the place is clean and nice and did I mention they have vibrating chairs and warm neck pillows? They make going to the dentist not so bad. I highly recommend! I wanted to tell you about my experience with Mint Dental. Setting up my appointment was very easy, and I liked the many reminders I received before my visit. The whole staff was skilled and gave me great service, which made me feel at ease while I was there. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could even purchase an electric toothbrush during my last appointment. Overall, I had a great experience at Mint Dental and would suggest them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dental office. T. Graves
